What's the best rewards credit card? American Express usually offers the best rewards credit cards. Whether or not you're traveling, staying at hotels, are looking for one of the best cashback rewards credit cards, more than likely you are going to find that American Express offers that. Some of the top American Express rewards credit cards are the blue cash from American Express, the Starwood preferred rewards credit card, and the American Express preferred rewards Gold card.

Unfortunately not all merchants, and businesses, accept American Express. Therefore overall Citibank may have the best rewards, but if you're looking for maximum usability, with rewards, you get the best of all worlds with Citibank. Citibank offers low competitive interest rates, excellent rewards for cashback, travel, hotels etc. some of the preferred rewards credit cards from Citibank are the Citi cashreturns card, Citi® Platinum Select® / AAdvantage® World MasterCard®, and the Citi Diamond Preferred card.

Another credit card which is accepted a worldwide is the Bank of America lines of rewards credit cards. Bank of America offers some rewards, such as cashback accelerated rewards, which are basically cash rewards, and several travel and hotel rewards. Some of the popular Bank of America credit cards are the Bank of America® Accelerated Cash Rewards™ American Express® Card, and the Financial Rewards® Platinum Plus® Visa® Credit Card.

Now that you have a few rewards credit cards to choose from, the most important thing, is to remember how to use the reward credit cards, so that the rewards credit cards, pay you back the rewards, and you don't end up paying more for interest rates, and finance charges. The recommended way to use a rewards credit card is to pay for all your gas, groceries, bills, and whatever else you have for daily expenses. Then at the end of your billing cycles you pay the entire balance off, you earn the maximum points or rewards. Provided that you pay your balance is often full at the end of every month, You won't have any finance charges, or fees of any kind, meanwhile you have racked up a bunch of miles, points, or cashback rewards that she would've spent anyways on your everyday expenses and bills.

Regardless of which rewards credit card you choose, be it Citibank, American Express, Bank of America, Discover card, or any other visa/MasterCard if you use your credit card wisely then you will successfully earn rewards that are truly fees free.
